The Mittersill has a lot of charm with its cozy, older alpine vibe and spectacular views of the White Mountains. While the units are clean and comfortable, they definitely need some updating. The location is unbeatable for outdoor enthusiasts, right next to Franconia State Park, but the service leaves something to be desired, particularly regarding communication and maintenance.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious with decent amenities, though it could benefit from some modern updates.
Service

Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Communication with the front desk was frustrating, and maintenance issues took too long to be addressed.

The resort has some nice amenities like a hot tub, pool, and game room for the kids, but they need to take better care of their facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this vintage Austrian-style hotel. It's wonderfully located near Cannon Mountain, which is perfect for skiing, and Littleton's charming village is just a short drive away. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, but be aware that during the warm weather there’s no air conditioning, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it's a great place for those who appreciate the charm of historic hotels, just be prepared for possible heat if you visit in warmer months.

The service was decent, and while I didn't encounter any major issues, the lack of air conditioning was a downside during the warm weather.

I had a lovely stay at this quaint alpine-style resort. The rooms were clean and had a fantastic view, which made the experience enjoyable. While the amenities like the pools needed some improvement, and the absence of a restaurant on-site was a drawback, the overall charm and service made me consider returning in the future.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to outdoor activities. The accommodations were overall spacious and well-equipped, but I faced issues with service that really impacted my enjoyment. The amenities offered are great, but some could use better maintenance for a smoother experience.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet, featuring great views of the slopes. However, the occasional dirty tap water was concerning.

While most staff were nice, the service was inconsistent. I had rude interactions with front desk staff, and maintenance was slow to respond to heating issues.

I had a restful vacation at this charming old resort that was clean and tidy, perfect for those looking to unwind. While the unit was somewhat outdated, it had a quaint charm, and the service was fantastic. The location was ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, but plan for grocery runs as it's quite a distance to the nearest store.
